Take back control of your calendar with this setting in Calendly
Mar 13, 2025If you're anything like me, it drives you absolutely crazy when a prospect randomly reschedules a meeting with you to a future time in your calendar.
Especially when they make the change the same day of the meeting...
Personally, I hate people being able to do this because:
- I highly value my time, and don't like when someone can control my availability
- This can completely disrupt my entire work flow for a day (ex: they schedule a meeting right in the middle of a WIDE open work day). I already hate most phone/video calls in the first place, so rescheduled calls make this worse.
Fortunately, I just found a help article from Calendly that shows how to prevent attendees from being able to cancel or reschedule meetings all on their own.
